Hot Line
High quality, reasonable price, great sound & I've never had one fail over the many years I've been using them.
I've got a bunch of super-cheapo, moulded plastic, multi coloured leads I use at home quite a bit. They're OK but I wouldn't use them live or for recording.

I just use whatever's cheap. If I was going to go big I'd probably cut my own.

Ive always honestly wondered this, if I'm destroying my signal with full blown saturated fuzz, would patch cable selection have much impact on my sound? I've never really experimented with cables of different quality.

Cheap as chips, sound the same as the fancy options.

^ Yup. Exact same ones I have. The different colours are really useful when trying out new setups.

I have a mix of George L's and the Lava mini ELC and Ultramafics. I never really liked the Lava solderless mini plugs. I've since replaced them all with the Lava Solderable mini plugs and am very happy with them!

I use the same cheapo multi coloured ones. I've never noticed a difference in tone with five or six in the chain.

I have a shit ton of George L's. Some of them I've been using for almost 15 years now. I love them. I was going to sell them all and switch to Lava a few years back but kept them "just in case". Good thing I did.. the solderless Lava cables I bought suck ass. George L's have never let me down, so I'll keep on with them. They have gotten way expensive though. I bought mine when they were only half what they are now.

I have a handful of the 6 and 12 inch Dimarzios with molded ends which are durable and seem to sound fine. They are real stiff and difficult to route pedals with. If the pedals aren't velcroed down they will move them all around.

For my longer, guitar-> pedalboard cables, I have a couple Bullet coily cables I've been using forever. The stress relief slides on them, so I have that taped in place. Otherwise no issues. They are heavy as fuck though.
