Red Rooster huuuuuummmmmm
Hi mates didn’t know where else to post so here tis.
My good old reliable red rooster has developed a rather pronounced hum. Any ideas what what could cause this?
It’s always been a stomp of quiet filth but now...she wants some attention. Not cool.
Thanks helpful buds
Cheers Andrew

A bit random but have you changed the battery.
I had a mk2 from stu that when it reached a certain spot on the attack knob let out a loud continued screech.
Replaced the battery and it went.
Madness

Re: Red Rooster huuuuuummmmmm
Is it a isolated power supply?
Cables?
Pickups used? Single coils and p90s can be very noisy
I know these are obvious choices but things sometimes you just take for granted
