My favorites are the red Ross and the original Electric Mistress.

Cool. I had the DOD fx75b. Very good, versatile effect.
It's like an orange on a toothpick

Always had mixed thought on flangers. Had a couple but prefer the ones which sound more chorus like than a robot powering down

I agree but it sounds like I like Flanger more than you .When flanger is like a chorus and not a Robot I like it as much as any effect .
I highly recommend the Chamoflange and I still own 2 x the 1970’s Electric Mistress’s

No Boss BF-2? I always thought that was the best one. I got an early 80's Ibanez CS-9 and discovered I prefer Chorus too

I've had 3 vintage flangers over the years, but only keeping one - the red Ross flanger. It's a tweaked copy on the MXR.

I just sold my original Electric Mistress, which was very cool. Maybe closer to a chorus sound. However, I just don't seem to use flangers that much.

I've also got an excellent classic 70's A/DA flanger up for sale right now on Fleabay. Shoot me an offer
Great deals with: Stu, Graham, Sickle, Devnulljp, SteveG, peps1, paine, fuzzface6669, jetofuj, sciencefriction, jerms, rafmax, Bigfoot2000, whiskeyfuneral, monolithfuzz.

How you compare A/DA to vintage Ross or Electric Mistress?
