Selling on Reverb with new Vat rules

Soooooooo, i'm in sweden , we are in the Eu
Reverb is pestering me about updating my tax policies, i'm stupid and don't know
what to do.....i thing sales tax is 15% in eu so i put that in the "rates "box

is this the right way to do it ?
any other eu peeps here who know ?

no idea how it works in sweden, but in France individuals pay the french VAT and companies don't (to make it short).
No fAQ about that ?

I have read the article on Reverb about it, but still don't understand ....have also
asked reverb , but got a lot of links to dead pages.

I don't sell much but still would be nice to know
