Help identifying gear-JHS Delay

A friend of mine came to me with this pic and asked if I had any info..I said it was a Hornby Skewes, at my best guess late 70's..any of you know more than I?

I've never seen one but I can tell by the controls that it's an analog delay.
Those desktop kind of units were made by a ton of co's. back in the day.
Probably sounds great and seems to have a lot of control.
You can use it for pro-audio or into an amp.
