Looks to me like it is the same Zonk II circuit, but with germanium...? I wonder if you could maybe find a 3rd on the bottom of the circuit like Steve's early MKII, though that 3rd transistor on the other side wasn't from the factory.
Do the OC75s have a "4 M J" date code on them?
I would guess this is from mid '66...? Anyone ever seen a JHS Zonk Machine or Zonk II ad ever in a 'Beat Instrumental' or similar old magazine?

The Case looks identical to an early SupaFuzz, except this case had the part where the knobs go wacked off and it goes straight back. It's like a SupaFuzz meets FuzzBug case...now if there was some crazy early cast case Park pedal... :badteeth:

Possibly another Olivetti enclosure?

After a chat with Cap't Main who said he was 99.99% sure this was a Sola Sound pedal I thought I'd get that .01% cleared up .
Spoke to John Skewes a couple of days ago who confirmed my Dad and Larry supplied him with the Zonk II pedals .
God they did some cool stuff - it's a bloody hard act to follow !!!!!
