:badlove: Gold Tone Bender makes it to cali safe and sound and HOLY SHIT! This thing is truely a beast. I was suprised to find that it has more fuzz on tap than my DAM/Sola MKII or at least it seems that way. It is a tad more forward and gritty or maybe I should say trebley than the MKII where as the MKII is a little more compressed/congested sounding so it may just be that difference that makes it appear more fuzzed out. Also, the bass end of the spectrum seems a tad clearer and less fuzzed than the MKII which also makes it appear to have a clearer presentation and thus more up front sounding. Maybe due to the lack of the extra gain stage? I dunno but I do know I really dig it. #15 :cthulhu2: . So far it's only been blasted thru a 68 princeton reverb with my 71 LP deluxe but once i put some new strings on the tele it's gonna go after some happenings ten years time ago trials :hihi: . of course a big thanks to Dave and the MAcari Bros for making this happen, I thought it might be to much of an overlap of tones with all the MKII's i gots but no, you do need this fuzz too if you're thinking you can live without! :zgrin:

Interesting...I thought it was fuzzier than the MKII at first, then I changed the MKIIs battery and it didn't sound that way anymore.

Sorry, not quite got the handle on inserting an MP3 - to use the in-house MP3 tool I've got to have the file on some kind of host site, or? Anybody want to hip me to how to do this better?
I purposely made it a really small file, but still not exactly elegant the way it worked out.
Tone is cool, though- I think! Not the full slamming fuzz some of you guys go for, but might be interesting for people to hear the pedal used more as an overdrive- a very JUICY overdrive!

OK - a little bit of an apology - I thought I had the 1.5s but when I opened up the box it was full of MKIIs :)

going to be a couple more days till they leave the roost !
