That's easy enough to do.

I'm with you.

1 month sounds good to me. I had an ad and got side tracked with travel so it was pruned but it was really no big deal. It would still be nice to be able to visit it and give a bump.

OK, we're set to autoprune every 28 days in the B&S forum.
Posts in there with no activity for 14 days get pruned too.

Closest we can get to allowing users to delete their own topics if someone else has replied to it with this forum SW is to lock the topic and wait for a mod to delete it, sorry.
(If yours is the only post in a topic, you can delete it and it'll take the topic with it)

There are some complicated hoops to jump through that might allow self-moderation of topics but (a) they're complicated and (b) untested and (c) I don't trust them.

So, for now, add [DELETE ME] to the topic title and I'll delete them, or wait a month and it should magically disappear.

OK, now you can lock your own threads in the B&S forum.
So, once your stuff is sold, add [DELETE ME] to the title and lock it.
That means the autopruner should scoop it up for non-activity after a couple of weeks.
Seems like it should work out fine.
Let me know if you notice anything weird.

What's the score with the whole auto-pruning thing at the moment? I've had a for sale thread disappear on me twice in about a week.
