My kit arrived today and I managed to throw this together. Here's it is, with working class jumper wire on the switch:

Only the second pedal I've ever built (first was a Ghost Pep kit) but didn't have any problems at all. Followed Ian's PDF guide and everything worked first time (I may have actually learned a thing or two from the last one). The plastic standoffs I had were a little too big for the PCB so I threw some foam in there, which seems to be working a treat.
Didn't get much of a chance to play but the quick blast I gave it sounded GREAT - nasty, raspy, with the blend and tone controls working nicely.
Thanks, Ian! :tu:

Nice work mate! First diy build I have seen of the LI!

The standoff holes are 3mm, I think they should have been 0.5mm bigger maybe, the standoffs i use which are the same ones as the pep/warmjet need quite a bit of wiggling to get in, but they do work.

ok to nick the photos?

^ Nick away, Ian. :tu:
I tried shaving down the standoffs I had with a scalpel but couldn't get them to go (and figured I'd cut off a finger if I kept trying) so went for the foam. I figured I could always get a standoff in there later but the foam seems to be working well.

Right, so I needed to demo this track for bandmates and figured I'd use the Lunar Incantation for the guitars (although I also used a Ghost Warmjet).
Recorded into Garageband with a dodgy old Superscope Mic I scored from a friend running into an Apogee Jam. Rhythm guitar full left is an SG Jr with the Lunar Incantation into a Vox AC4TV. Full right is a Jazzmaster with the Lunar Incantation and the Vox. Guitar doing the single note stuff (almost in the middle) is a Firebird into a Ghost Warmjet with a Ceriatone 5E7 amp. First solo is the Firebird/Warmjet. Second solo is the Jazzmaster/Lunar Incantation.
Should give a decent idea of the fuzz - very buzzy, loud, with that Fuzzrite near-octave thing going on as well.
