So, The British Pedal Company sent me a cease and desist.

Dear sir

The Rangemaster Treble Boosters that you are selling are trademark infringing items and are illegal to sell.
Please contact us as soon as possible and stop all sales of these effects.

If we have not heard from you and had the attached document returned by the 20th November we will be passing this onto our solicitors for legal action.

You could try offering those pedals anywhere in the world but England, like BPC does with Tone Benders :badteeth:

Wonder if it makes a difference that their trademark is for "Dallas Rangemaster" and not just "Rangemaster"..

Seems they sell the Tone Benders on there UK based site, and Hanks Guitar Shop in London?
