Yep, think we all know how little they will care.

The main goal is to protected myself, and any announce I can course them is a bonus!

Just need to work out the best way to go about things, as the last thing I want to do is make things difficult for the small pedal retailers and builders that could be effected by something like a ebay trademark Blitzkrieg.

If someone posts a 'Tone Bender' on eBay that isn't made by us I normally send a friendly message wishing them good luck but to make sure they state that Tone Bender is a trade mark of Sola Sound and their unit is not affiliated to us .
Ive only ever had one nasty reply - crazy American dude who told me Id never made a decent pedal so why should I care !!!! :)
Just have a pre-prepared letter and you'll find most folks are really cool

( note use of the word MOST )
