That's awesome!!! Wow. I may be evaluating things wrong, but the 2016 sounds a lot like the OG. I don't hear much difference? The 2015 seems brighter? They're all amazing. Dig those red knobs!

2015 is definitely brighter, seems to be biased a little tighter too, no gating at attack full off. The 2016 is darker than the og, kinda came thru on the vid but even more noticeable in person.

That's pretty cool. Yeah, I felt like my 2016 is voiced on the darker end too. It's perfect for me, I like prefer treble rather trying to take it away. Fantastic video and playing.

May 2007 the very first batch of 1965 - Tone Bender MKI Replica of approximately 21 limited edition pedals were produced.
The pedal is based on the 1965 Gary Hurst MKI Tone Bender. The point-to-point wired board contains 2 x Texas Instruments
2G381 (Metal Can) transistors and one OC75 (metal can or black glass). One pedal has a Mullard OC71 instead of the OC75.

mrpicard wrote:Ok, Ok, Ok here is "the word" as has handed down directly from the mountain. The white 1965 is indeed one of the original 21 pedals built; it matches a similarly white MKII (as you can see in the photo above). In case you are wondering, all the other 1965 pedals are Grey Hammerite. There are two white MKII pedals out there, being numbers 100 and 101. Number 100 has the white sleeve Mullard OC81D's and 101 has Mullard OC75's. As a note, D*A*M followers may also recall that MKII number 200 was a special pedal with white sleeve Mullard OC81D's as well. If you keep looking you will no doubt find that there are lots of other interesting one-offs hiding out there :-)
