Broke down my pedal board and gone back to basics, trying to inspire myself to get out a rut and be a better player, any tips?

^ Sweet rig! The quickest way to play better is play with other musicians.

Something that worked for me was taking some time out to focus on technique. A few years ago I bought a book by Joe Satriani.
Not a fan of him or anything and I didn't stick with the book for all that long, but the little I did cover worked wonders for my guitar playing and my enjoyment of playing.

^ +1 William Leavitt's books are full of useful stuff.
In the absence of other players to jam with, I found it helped to turn the radio or TV on and try to play along with whatever was on.
