So lets have a finger in the air go at breaking this down for fun..
£47,000 for 2 guitars
That’s £23,500 each guitar
Lets say 100% mark up in the shop means Fender sold them for £11,750 each
There are 50 of each type so they’re bringing in £587,500 for the dragon and the same for the mirror.
So that’s a bit shy of £1.2 million for both guitars .. Maybe a few hundred K handshake for Mr Page?
So lets say £1 million in to fenders pockets for very little effort considering already fully tooled up for making Teles, a little effort to pick the ones with a grain pattern they want for the dragon finish and effectively making 100 of the same body and neck profile.
