It is a classic fuzz sound - tubby bass and nasal top, searing gain and mega distortion!
PLEASE NOTE - there is a switch on the back of the pedal between the input and output jacks. When it’s DOWN, the pedal works fine and as expected - footswitch on is on and off is bypass. From what I vaguely remeber from the guy who sold it to me a long time ago, the UP position of the switch engages a buffer circuit of some sort. The problem is that this seems to create a half second of delay between the time the footswitch ‘on’ is clicked and when the sound becomes distorted. It’s a strange circuit and in its current state it does not work in any useful way, so it is only advised to use with the switch in down position and sold with that advisory."
I found a previous sale, where it said Pigeon fx one off...with nkt257s, so its a fuzz-face in a mk1 wedge
