Thanks everyone. This will probably be the last nitro refinish I do. It’s just too difficult and time consuming unless you have a proper spray booth.

Finally sanded and buffed! I’ve been flat out busy with other things but managed to get buffing (by hand! No power tools involved) done today. Hope to have it playing by Friday.

Thanks. It’s all wired up and hardware is on. Just need to cut the nut properly and file it to shape before I do the final setup.

I cut the nut slots wrong twice and thought I’d have to scrap it but just about had enough depth to make it work. Very happy with it now though.
