Any UK or EU members able to assist with transactions ?

Trying to get a UK seller to post some parts to Chicago but they are not responding to emails. Also trying to buy a pedal from a German shop that quoted a very high shipping cost, but told me if I could arrange shipping to an EU address it would be much less. Anyone? I’d of course reciprocate down the road if needed. Thanks!
