Jekyll & Hyde
Just found the silicon match for my germanium fiend. I must say these are different beasties altogether. The silicon half seems a tad hairier than it's germanium counterpart. It also has a bit more volume on tap. The germanium ghoul cleans up a little quicker and nicer than it's evil twin. I've only spent about an hour comparing them so far, but these are my initial discoveries.
The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents. We live on a placid island of ignorance in the midst of black seas of infinity, and it was not meant that we should voyage far.

Ah Jack, I really wanted the Ge version. There aren't too many Si. pedals that I have bonded with in the past. With the exception of the Big Muff and the Meathead, Si. pedals tend to sound a bit grittier to my ears.JP30 wrote: i want that Silicon version !
