Two fuzzy flavours on the Fuzzolo, both really good.
Liking the fucked up side of the fuzzolo! :badlove:

Defo on the Ibanez, I like the Nobels FU-Z too. Behringer Super Fuzz is a decent Boss FZ2 clone, Zoom Ultra Fuzz is ace (if you can find one)

I've played two Danelectro Cool Cat V1 fuzzes, one sounded excellent the other was kinda meh. It was the same with the Cool Cat OCD clones so it's worth trying before buying I reckon.

That was my favourite side, too! Do try one if you get a chance. I ran a couple of different guitars into one with two different amps and thought it was a great little fuzz. Reacts really well to your guitar's controls, too - which isn't always the case for a silicon fuzz. I struggled to get a bad sound out of it.

I used to feel the same way, but then I got my Sovtek Civil War BMP and a Strat and it's one of my favorite sounds now. A bit too bassy for me on the neck pickup, but superb with the bridge pickup. I don't think I'd love the current model, it's more modern sounding. I used to feel that the Big Muff was a bit too generic sounding, but a good one is special. I think you could do pretty well modding the current model as far as cheap fuzzes go.

Behringer super fuzz is harsh as hell, Ultra fuzz is like a rather boring muff, the cool cat v2 I tried hard to get something enjoyable out of (with all it's little mini switches) but was ultimately unable to.
The best of the bunch is the French Toast imo.
