and I hope im not teasing too much if I say wheels are turning - Ive been talking to guys who bend metal and paint metal for a living - and they all think Im totally nuts - I must have looked at 50 different ways to put gold hammerite onto a sheet of metal - still not happy !!!!

But getting there

hammerite gold in a spray can is the closest thing i could find... anything powder coat doesn't look good at all IMO...

This sounds great. Take the extra steps needed to make this one authentic! Ant, I remember talking about this with you when I visited the shop 3 years ago...glad it's finally starting to come to fruition. Sure would be awesome for folks to have an AUTHENTIC (aka not those OTHER crooks/guys) MK I tone bender. Y'all rock!
