I'd love to see the germanium meat as well...sounds like a fun idea. The meathead and meat deluxe are just fantastic pedals, I'm not really sure what the different transistors would do to the tone but having owned several meatheads and super bees I'd say there wouldnt be a ton of overlap there...the super bee is a far different beast!
