Cavagnolo Chorus Sound

Post by DiscoFreq »

http://filters.muziq.be/model/cavagnolo/chorussound

* A tremolo/chorus, but the chorus sounds like a phaser/vibe
* Made by a French accordeon company (they made some synths too in the 70's or 80's)
* The speed and depth can be changed with the trimpots behind the holes on the back.
* It contains a CEM VCF chip.

those switches look quite freakish too. A VCF chip for a chorus, interesting...

The sound is more like a phaser and there are no delay chips... Maybe it's not even a phaser but just that filter?

I should try it again and play with those speed and depth trimpots at lower speeds and higher depths it should be more clear what it does :D
