Fuzz Sound MK III vs. MK II Professional
I know that aside from the "MK" title they don't have much in common, but thought I'd ask anyways...
How do these two bundles of joy compare to eachother?
Which has more gain?
Which has more bass?
I know there's only probably very few on here with both, but here's to hoping that you see this thread (Donovan & Graham )
I've got both coming and I'm beyond excited. My old OC-71 MK II was my favourite fuzz to date... no idea why I sold it

This, kind sir, is why I love you... in the least gay way possible, no less.Sickle wrote:Well, Markom, you happen to be in luck, cause I gotta LP, Swart Space Tone Reverb, an MK II OC82D Special, and Fuzz Sound #1 sitting in my tattoo room.
And no customers in sight.

Seriously, thanks a whole bunch for that review, Donovan. Really appreciate it, mang.
Are the 82D's much higher gain than the other (read:'layman') transistors?
Really can't wait to get both my MK II and MK III from Dave!

I thought about it. But I would settle for some sound clips if you aren't up for some cock and balls photography.Sickle wrote:You're not about to ask for a pic of my cock and balls, are you?

Expertly put! A most excellent read indeed, sir. Oh, and clips!!! I'll go listen...

Re: Fuzz Sound MK III vs. MK II Professional
Wow, Great review Donovan and interesting reading. Currently the MK II is my all time favorite D*A*M pedal with the B&G Meat and very close second. I take the B&G out with me whenever I go out and it gooses anything and makes it sound bad-ass.
I understand what you mean about the bedroom player sounds. If it is anything like the Meathead it needs some breathing room. Thanks for taking the time to post the review and gives us all a glimpse into things to come with the Fuzz Sound.

Never argue with an idiot, they bring you down to their level and beat you with experience
