I don't do social media.
This newer Limited quantities announced and sell out instantly on instagram - even Boss!!! - has made me grateful I have everything I need and feeling indifferent to new pedals being released.
I miss the builders, though! I actually used to consider some of them email friends. But when there's nothing to buy they don't have much to say.
I know it's me, not them haha - definitely a bummer and feel kind of anti-social or something but seriously fuck social media!
Pedal builders have the best movie, TV, and albums recommendations for sure.

They have taken my record store clerks, my video store clerks, and now my pedal builders!

This place doesn't get the traffic it used to. I can't remember the last time I saw a forum special pedal build and let's face it, there is a huge audience on Social Media platforms, which means more eyes and money. I would love to see things gravitate back to the early forum days when it was pretty much THE place for Fuzz Freaks.

Times change, for sure. Not belonging to the IG/Facebook feedback loop myself, sometimes I feel like I’m being anti-social. But that’s not reason enough for me to climb aboard. I miss live shows, that’s for sure.
