do Third Party Direct posts show up in the New Posts search?

I've noticed that posts in the Third Party sub-forum don't seem to show up as new posts now. Asking for a friend 
Is that a thing now, or am I imaging it?
I didn't see my posts or the recent posts in the Balls or Pigeonfx threads flagged as new posts (i usually look at everything).
