Frontline to Colorsound

Post by Gary »

Hey,

I've had this Frontline Wah for a couple of years now which I picked up cheap out of curiosity and for the big box footprint.

Are there any UK builders that know their way round a Colorsound Wah-Fuzz circuit that I could potentially approach about making this Frontline into a CS Wah-Fuzz?

Here's my CS Wah-Fuzz-(Swell was removed) and worked on by Dave Main about a decade ago. I think its from '75. Any ideas where I might get rubber feet to stop the treadle digging into the paint?

The Creepy Fingers is Brad's take on a CS Wah-Fuzz with Fuzz volume and two toggles under the treadle to allow the Fuzz or Wah to operate individually or together. Love this pedal.

I had considered asking him (he actually did a few repairs on the Creepy Fingers pictured above).

I thought it might have been a bit cheeky of me to ask considering he makes the Wow-Fuzz. Perhaps not?

Just sent him a mail
