My 1966 recently had issues at an outdoor gig, it was getting more and more gated and then completely cut out to the point where there was no sound whatsoever. Unfortunately mine is an older one with fixed bias so i've sent it to Dave to add a trimmer to it.

Was the temp over 70º F (22º C)?

All i know is that it was hot enough to melt an ice lolly
