Getting some strange crackling noises out of my Red Baron RR today...
never noticed it before, i need to investigate further but found it odd that
it was doing this...
anyone got any ideas?

When you move the pots or when it's sitting still?
The noise with the pots is normal -- DC across the pot.

extreme conditions can affect any of the mechanics: jacks, controls, on/off switches....ask Dave for recommendations do not do anything else...except have a cool beer.

Hmmmm did this ever get sorted?
I have the same problem. My rooster has started to crackle and hiss when plugged in (sat still) and almost drowns out the guitar ???
Any ideas guys or does it need to go in for a tinker?
