I wanted to see what the difference in sound would be between US and UK made germaniums in a booster so I made 2 of these. I'm keeping the one and the other I'm offering up here to the folks on the board. It's exactly like the standard Squawk pedal I make except instead of having the choice between a germanium or silicon transistor - you can choose between a UK-made CV7112 germanium transistor or an RCA made house-numbered transistor. The difference is very subtle and most noticable whe cranked more. Both are low noise and NPN so it takes a standard adaptor.
