So I got one of the Gold Sonic Titans last week. Not only did the Titan come across the pond safely, but I got a nice personalized note from Jon. My first dealing with that crew, but certainly not my last

HOORAY!!! Yep, I got 2 pedals from him in the past couple a' weeks, both came extremely quickly, also with handwritten thankyou notes... very cool.
I also met Jon briefly at the Built to Spill/Dinosaur Jr gig in Leeds, (he probably doesn't remember me!)... but I could tell he was a lovely bloke.

With both Jon of Downstroke and Joe of V&R, the Captain has really secured himself a first class retailing connect!... nice one

I do remember you Xan! I wish i'd had more chance to speak to you I defintely will next time.

Thanks for the kind word fellas you can be sure i'm gonna keep doing my level best to give everyone the friendly, personal service i'd want and then keep trying to improve on it, its exciting times and there's cool stuff coming up including some vintage pedals and plenty more D*A*M goodness. As soon as i know what and when i'll keep all posted.
In the meantime have a great weekend everyone, past customer or not, it always is and always will be a pleasure to chat or do business with ya.

Got my Sonic Titan the other day, before that a Meathead.....I am a self admitted pain in the ass customer that has pretty high standards...I would buy from Jon any time... FANTASTIC customer service... a great guy to deal with. Thanks Jon!
