Just want to thank You, David Main for my latest purchase.The package arrived even faster than I had hoped,very good service.I opened it up and I must tell you,the residual pain of having to contest such a hard fought auction(and on a Sunday just before roast beef and yorkshire puddins-another great thing thing to come out of..yorkshire) faded clean away when i saw what was inside.The pics simply do not do it justice when you see it in the..'flesh'(from another post?)
I lifted it carefully from the wrappings as my family gathered round and peered into the box and the nest of shredded paper.
It's the shiny-ness of it that first strikes you, the perfect colour so beautifully finished,glossy and tactile,perfect size too.I flipped it over,gasping at the attention to detail that has gone into this thing; every graphic, every number,the sheer engineered beauty,like a work of art,good enough to hang on the wall,it is just so good I was speechless,I sat down heavily in a chair,this was it!. This is 'the one' i had been looking for all these days,months,years,the search was over,I could see now my life laid out in front of me.My eyes glazed over as I began to daydream about the future...then my kids began calling to me "daddy, daddy,there is something else inside the wrapping!"
Oh,What is it kids?"
"Its a big blue box with FUZZ written on it..can we play with it while you are looking at your Calender?"
