Some sonic diarrhea for your ears...
Here's my latest creation called Earthless. I've spent about two months recording and mixing it to where it sounds good on most sound systems. It is sort of in the vein of High on Fire with my own flair.
The right guitar is the Sonic Titan as a boost on my cranked Matamp GTO120 going into an attenuator and then a Marshall 4x12 and an Emperor 2x15 with Eminence Big Ben's. It is miked with an SM57 on the upper 15" of the Emperor.
The left guitar is basically the same but with the 57 on one of the lower speakers of the 4x12 (GT75's I believe). The mic is run into my Tascam US122L usb interface and then into Cubase Essentials 4. Minimal EQing was used.
I'd like to hear your critiques of the mix, songwriting, or whatever you think I should improve on. Thanks!

Holy Shit! Man, this is fucking excellent! Impressive structure and played immaculately. The overall sound and dynamics are spot on. I dig the vocal style...has a John Connelly thing going on.
This is fine shit for sure....no improvements needed. Very Metal.

As last time, love your playing... it's good and clean! Congrats man!
Still cant cope with the singing style, but I do understand there's a whole genre about it... just not into it.
kick ass man...

Listen to Cuckoo for Kaka by Faith No More and MIke P does a similar style of singing partway through it it (which is also cool).
